He was then named the Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Global Operations Support and Training. In 2015, he was appointed Papa John’s President and CEO. His vast experience in corporate structuring, finance, and marketing made him the perfect candidate for the top position.
Under Steve’s leadership, Papa John’s has been able to penetrate more regions and cement its market position. The company has also been able to improve its customer services and now ranks top among the most customer-oriented companies in the world. He has also brought on board smart people like Brandon Rhoten and Mike Nettles who have helped the pizza delivery giant come up with cerebral marketing strategies. They have also helped the company come up with relevant and useful marketing campaigns. These strategies also help Papa John’s beat competition that comes its way.
The visionary also recently introduced a training program called “unconscious bias training” that will help the company drive diversity and inclusion. The program will also help Papa John’s come up with unique development plans that will have a positive impact in the community. The CEO also has a passion for youth entrepreneurship, education, and leadership development.
